Work Background
I'm truly fortunate to have spent most of my working
life in and around what has to be THE most exiting industry —
Information Technology. And in an era from 1977, where the most
amazing advances just keep on happening.
One of the great virtues of working in IT is that you are
exposed to a great range of organisations and many industry
verticals. Best of all, I have been privileged to have
worked in many different and challenging positions, for many different types
of organisations and with some great people.
I enjoyed new, interesting challenges, working for companies with high
growth targets. I enjoed making valuable contributions to the strategy
formulation and direction of the organisation, plus being a change agent
to make it happen.
I had a proven ability to establish and grow businesses or divisions
in tough economic times using a combination of my management, marketing,
communications, information technology and business development expertise.
