Divemaster: David Muscratt, Plunge Diving, Mosman NSW
For my second dive of the day there wasn't anyone available to buddy with. Divemaster David Muscrat was accompanying one of the instructors giving two divers a refresher course. Zoe suggested I just tag along with this group.
This time entry was via the Clifton Gardens beach. We proceeded out to the shallows near the wark in front of Plunge Diving. While the instructor and David put the others through their skills refresher, I practised some of my own skills for a while. As a result I decided that I should consider switching to using a necklace lanyard for my Octopus, and it might be a safer arrangement.
Then I checked out a few of the wafk pylons, again finding some nice small marine life, including a very small cuttlefish that stuck around with me for a few minutes.
Once the other had finished the skills review, the instructor left and the rest of us headed out for the dive.
