I did this last year, and have now inducted over twenty new members, with only around 1/4 not becoming a member of the fraternity, due to not being heartless and cruel.

It took me about thirty minutes sitting around a table with a bunch of magicians last night and about ten minutes with the same magicians today. Then twenty minutes on the web site before I figured it out.
