first saw it in Buffalo in 1978 and figured it out after watching it over an evening

It took me 4 rolls to spot the pattern, and another 4 to nail it down and test it... Now I'm trying to annoy all my friends with it.... trouble is they get annoyed and then google the answer :(

I love it! It took me a half hour or so but I finally got it and it was worth it. Now I have to go annoy my friends with it!

I was thinking of completely the wrong thing when I did this. I started out on a discussion forum where they were talking about this game, and it caught my eye.

I figured the name was significant, seeing as how it has nothing to do with dice, but I even got which part of the name was important wrong at first.

It took me about an hour and a half to figure it out, but I wasn't really trying at first.
