My current audio visual and stereo systems comprise the following strange assortment of kit from a few different eras.

Home Music Library Server

Located in a Bedroom cupboard is my Roon Labs based music library server setup.

Digital Music Sources

Synology DS218plus 2-bay NAS (2018)
Houses two mirrored Western Digital 8TB hard disk drives with a copy of my collection of music files in FLAC, Apple lossless and MP3 formats.

 
Intel Mini PC Kit - NUC7i7BNH (2018)
Houses an Intel Core i7-7567U Processor, with 16GB of Crucial DDR4-2133 RAM, and a Samsung 250GB 960 EVO M.2 (PCIE) SSD, plus an Intel SSD 520 Series 240GB. This unit is running as a Roon Optimised Core Kit (ROCK) using the custom Linux based Roon OS from Roon Labs.

100W RMS, 3-way system with a Beryllium Dome High Frequency JA0513 30mm (1.2") tweeter and a Medium Frequency JA0801 88mm (3.5") Mid, plus a Low Frequency JA3055A 300mm (12") Paper Diaphragm cone-type woofer. Crossover Frequencies: 500Hz and 6,000Hz. Closed Enclosure. Dimensions: 675 x 375 x 326mm (26.5 x 14.75 x 12.75"). Weight: 31 kg (each speaker). Serial numbers: 60161 R, 60161 L. Impedance: 8 Ohmn. In the late 1970s Yamaha NS-1000M speakers were the ones I regular used and came to love the sound of while freelancing as an audio recording engineer and producer. I'd always wanted to have a pair of these speakers on my main stereo system, but it took until 2018 for it to eventuate.
The cabinets have been restored and repainted in satin black. Crossovers have been fully checked, and all capacitors measured. Input terminals and tweeter capacitors upgraded, along with the wiring between the terminals and crossover.
