It seems I am a visual person as I got the answer after about a minute of looking at the dice.
It will be fun playing this on my friends (or enemys)

The different colours had me confused for a while, then I tried this version: crux.baker.edu/cdavis09/roses.html and finding a combination with the answer of 0 helped me figure out the solution..

It's trivial... but a good way to make some people's brains explode, which is fun to watch.

I thought there may be some relationship between the numbers of letters in the words "petals around the rose" (ie. 6,6,3,4) and the answer... of course I was wrong, but somehow that thinking led me to the answer...

After thinking about the name for a few seconds, I caught on right away. I know a fun little game like it that involves sliverware and someone putting their hand down on the table in a certain position, so this one was an easy followup.

Fun little puzzle. I think letting people know that the name is important may be giving too much away...

Im an avid gambler and the fact that "the name is signigicant" got me to thinking about how that realates to die. Id heard rose used as a 5 before somewhere on a cruise ship i believe and so figured out it had 4 petals. oops, maybe Ive said too much. sorry!
