Alright, I took about 30 minutes to solve this. I was getting really frustrated...haha....Got it finally after hearing someone say that its all in the name. Excellent puzzle!!!

This has caused hell in our workplace today but i finally cracked it at home on my own. It is nothing to do with intelligence but a lot to do with visual perception. Excellent puzzle I feel pretty proud right now!
