This has caused hell in our workplace today but i finally cracked it at home on my own. It is nothing to do with intelligence but a lot to do with visual perception. Excellent puzzle I feel pretty proud right now!

I read the background of this game somewhere that said the longer it took to work it out, the smarter you are. Since it only took me two minutes, does that mean I'm really stupid?

I started by noticing that the number of letters in the title was 5-6-3-4 and that distracted me for a while. Had to jump away from that wrong dead-end.
