Got it after seeing the answer to the first roll, but wasn't sure if my solution was correct until I'd checked a few more.

Started at night while I was about to go to bed...so no dice there...pun intended.

Looked at it briefly before going to breakfast, then, about 1 min into it after getting home from breakfast I got it...lingered on it while I was at breakfast. That was my first instinct when I read the background story...but I was just a little off with the implementation.

Figured it out in about half an hour. Great puzzle! I'll be sure to pass it on (without divulging the secrets, of course).

Tried to work it out at 11:30 last night and was mumbo jumbo. Got it in 5 minutes this morning. Amazing what a clear brain can accomplish.

roll eyes (sarcastic)

I tried to figure out an algorithm based on the numbers and used all sorts of mathematical operators in every way possible. Then i realised that it should be related to the name.

And once I had that in mind, it took me 5 minutes max to get it. Looking at the numbers wont help at all!

It took me less than 10 minutes - just shut off the thinking and looked for pattern recognition. My math skills are lousy, so it seems that it worked in my favor this time.
