After typing the eleventh roll into Excel, I got bored and had a go at solving it.
Easy when you know how.

Bleh... that was quite a bit easier than I thought!
Got it in 3 rolls...
Maybe I'm just too literal a guy... ;)

It took me 5 minutes to get to the solution. It's very nice and it seems that you can do it if you are able to think different!

Well, it took me a full sunday afternoon in which I was supposed to do my homework... I'd guess about three to three-and-a-half hours of constant puzzling, when you add the lunchbreaks and toilet visits and neccesary distraction it was about 5 hours. But I got it!! and I'm soooo gonna pester people around with this

Aha! Tried for 15 minutes then drank a bottle of wine and went to bed. When I woke up the first thought I had was - the solution!

It took me no more than 5 minutes. And it sure was fun. You just have to not think about it too much.

Took about one minute. Either it's really easy or I'm wrong...I'd guess the former.
