Took about an hour to figure out. I am an International Baccalaureate Theory of Knowledge teacher at Nogales High school, which actually helped a lot in figuring out the logic and reason behind the game. I'll definitely be using this for my students.

Tell you what, after many guesses I decided to use spreadsheet-- that is, EXCEL in my case--

I collected 60 cases and sorted them by result. Then I discovered something odd...

So try this yourselves. If I paste the table maybe they may delete this post so I won't give it here.

It's true that the more you think you're smart the harder the game is. It's BADLY simple, but don't forget that there are very many SIMPLE ways to make the answers always even.

So concentrate on finding various SIMPLE algorithms, it's very very simple I tell you.
