Once kitted up we entered the water again and once together clear of the waves zone, we descended.

Visibility was still only about 3 to 4 metres, so one had to stay focus more on keeping in touch with the others rather than checking out anything of interest.

On the way back from our turn around point I started to see a number of weedy sea dragons.

Benita and I lagged behind the others and separated from them. Eventually we made our way to the exit point and managed to get out over the rocks. I'm not sure I'm built for these rock shore entries, especially where so many steps are involved.

Then we had to carry all of the kit back to the top and then head back to Abyss to clean up.

The five us celebrated the two dives by finding somewhere open selling ice creams, and then across the road to the pub for a few soft drinks.

We booked to do two boat dives with Abyss two days later. But sadly when we showed up early in the morning for these dives, our booking had been lost and someone else had been given our places. So we headed over to Plunge Diving to see what they had to offer. We decided to pass on the dive available that day and come back for a shore dive the next day.
