Nice, I first saw this puzzle on another page, and it didn't tell you the name was significant, but once I saw that, I figured it out right away. I didn't even need the "the answer is always even" clue smile

It took me about an hour and a half to figure this thing out. It was a little frustrating but when I calmed down I got it. Has anyone ever gotten 20 petals? I also heard that there was a second way of solving this puzzle, has anyone else?

It took me two freaking hours. The only reason I'm not still looking is because of the hints in this guestbook and the source code.
