I've solved it in a jiffy took me 1,5 minutes (end that's included reading the text from Bill Gates.
However it's a very nice game...

game was really good .i figured it out during my second trial just from the name "PETALS AROUND THE ROSE". But i didnt understand the purpose of the game i didnt understand why u used the term dice.'n' i dont know how PETALS AROUND THE ROSE related to DICE.but quite interesting.keep sending puzzles

Got a solution to solve it mathematically, then i figured out there was an easier way to solve it visually  great puzzle!

This puzzle really shows how different people view things very differently. Some people make COMPLEX things SIMPLE, while some make SIMPLE things COMPLEX. I got it in 3 rolls. Super great game! Waaahooo!
