Solved it using only logic. Have no idea what the answer has to do with the title AT ALL. Take that you "thinking outside the box"ers!

i tried this for about 20 minutes and then gave up, came back to it the next day after someone told me to not look at it so technically and think more visually and after i actually thought about that i got it in 2 rolls...i felt so dumb >.< i'm going to use this on my family...i will

took meeh 30 min...about 15 rows...for a while i even TOOK NOTES trying to decipher the pattern, cranked out my calculator..etc etc...but all it took was attention to details and thinking outside the box..eh..petal.. =) great game~
