After I read that quote about how "the smarter you are, the harder it is to figure it out," I immediately scrapped all sorts of complicated methods - I just concentrated on the name of the game, and it didn't take too long.

Fantastic challenge! This simple yet not easy game has taught me a priciple : when an idea or "solution" does not work after numerous tries, you got to drop it entirely and look at it from a total new perspective. Very often, we tend to slide back to the "old ways" of solving the same problem.

My brother sent me this puzzle. TEN DAYS later, I've got it.
It is important to remember that all roses have stems.
My GOD what an awful ten days its been! Now I will sleep ... I've literally had dreams about pulling petals off roses and thwacking them against things.

The version I received only said roll and guess and the title. Until I did further research, I did not know the "3 rules." Once I knew the "3 rules" I figured it out immedialtely...so am I a genius (for taking longer and researching) or am I not 2 smart (4 guessing it rite when I had all the info)?
