I went through all the possible algorithms and patterns I could think of, wondering what the heck "petals around the rose" had to do with a dice game, and after a while I was ready to give up...then finally it hit me! Fun game!

I'll admit it took me a bit, but I tend to think more logically than creatively. Once I thought about things for a bit and switched gears, though, I solved it immediately.

Excellent challenge for people to get them to think outside the box.
