was preparing for my exams and came across this...and cudnt leave it without solving...!!!

Hi stumble upon your Petals around the rose game from another website. At first I was stump big time, starring at the 5 dices. Then i try to imagine your hint, and wala! Took me about 5 minutes. Knew that it is not so much of a complicated mathematical problems, more of a typical IQ test questions, cos there isn't much permutations you can get with five dices and "a rose".

Love the part about Bill Gates and his "Pedal around the roses" too!

It took me about 15 minutes to get it. I kept thinking about it mathematically and thinking the colors were significant.

Good Lord, I consider myself well off in math yet I believe I lack common sense....I kept getting the right answer for 8 though.....weird.

Amusing to say the least...this is being spread around my school for sure!

Great puzzle, didn't take me too long to figure it out, but long enough to make me a little irritated with myself when I realized how! This is a great puzzle, long live the Friendship of the Rose!

It took me a couple of hours to get this. I was feeling so DUMB! I had half the solution in my head but ... I stoped thinking about it for a bit, and BAM! The "always even" convinced me I had the right answer, even before I checked. Yay!!

WOW! I feel so stupid after figuring this one out! I dont believe it was that easy. i tried every mathematical way to do it but didnt happen!
