Yes, I finally got it! Took me about 20 rolls...I got mixed up with the "Name makes sense" and thought it might be a play on words saying something about Rows (sounds like rose, you know)
I'm happy now

This took me about an hour. The name didn't give me a clue until I remembered something I had seen as a child called "polar bears around the waterhole".

After two hours of spreadsheeting I finally got it. "So what is the answer," my wife asked me. I said: "I can't tell you. You must play it yourself." She didn't like that, but because I am such a nice chap she would do it.
After three tries she says: "Oh I know...." And indeed. She got it right after three tries.

Made it to almost 30 years old without ever hearing about this, until I went nerd-surfing this morning. Cute little brain teaser.

Amazing! I'm usually horrible at this type of puzzle.
The answer leapt out at me after about five rolls.

After paying attention to the first clue, it fell in to place within a couple of rolls.

I always got told not to think too hard. It's hard to do though.
