Great game...I was sitting on the Bridge of my ship (at anchor, in Garapan, Saipan, CNMI) when a fellow officer challenged me to the game....within ten seconds, I had figured it out. I guess I got lucky! Great game...I'm going to use it at my next bar session (before I do any drinking, though!).

On the first roll of the dice I got the wrong answer. When I was given the correct answer it took me about 2 minutes to figure out the answer. I got all additional rolls correct.

A good example of "Thinking Inside the box".

it took me a while to figure it out. but i think it's not how long it took you to get it, it's the fact that you got it! i can't believe it's right in front of my face!

Took me about 5 minutes to figure out ... the first hurdle was realizing that you could do it all with the same type of dice (i.e. all the same color ...).

Took me about an hour to figure it out, and when I did I almost kicked myself for not getting something so simple.

I can see how intelligent, learned people can easily miss the answer. Most people like that aren't able to look at things in their simplest possible form. They try to "nuke" the problem.

They say that Einstein had trouble tying his shoes and couldn't grasp the concept of 2+2 because it was to simple after all. True or not, it illustrates the point.
