 Finally came to me, only took about 20 minutes. The clincher was when I REALLY thought about the three things that we're allowed to tell non-initiates.  Thanks for the fun.

An excellent puzzle. Definetly follows the rules of 'K.I.S.S.' and thinking outside the box.
..Or maybe not so much outside the box, as around the rose...

Great fun!
First 5 tries fizzled. Then the colors mixed me up, then the evens messed with me. Finally, I read the Bill Gates story and the jig was up on the train going home.
Yay.

Very cool little puzzle....Too many malcontents. Not the hardest to solve, but requires a lot of thought. Not many folks have the patience these days.
