Probably a harder challenge for people who are used to tackle more "traditional" math-based algorythms 
I figured out the pattern when I saw a list of throws and answers.

I favec found out after one hour or so and I was so disappointed because it has nothing to do with observation or mathematics. In fact it's only based on two numbers....But I'm proud I kept going ^^
