The "name" of the game is significant. Once I concentrated on that fact for a few minutes the solution revealed itself.

I started trying different methematical combinations... firste remembering, and then taking notes down on a page... I went to read about Bill Gates, and keeping the game´s name in mind and looking at the examples given, surprisingly it just striked me! So i went on to try it out... so in short i got it in 25 minutes... Eat that Bill!

Wow! What a feeling of achievement! I only rolled three times.... but after two rolls I must admit I sat staring at the screen for 10 minutes refusing to roll again until I had a "theory" to work on! So I read the Bill Gates story... and being a fan of "lateral thinking" puzzles I forced myself NOT to look for a complex mathematical answer.... and to wonder why the name was important... and why the answer was always even - and bingo!

BOY, was I going nuts trying different mathematical functions -- totals, totals multiplied by a certain color die, remainders, modulos...
Then I looked really hard at the name of the game again, and it all became clear. Total number of rolls before I figured it out was about a dozen.
Yee-haw!
