Struggled with it for ages, but after reading the Bill Gates story I turned my monitor to grayscale mode and got it almost instantly.

Those coloured dice are distracting :P

After trying for about 2hours, and running the name over and over around my head, it finally hit me. AROUND. I'm so glad.

I figured this game out while reading the story about Bill Gates playing it with Paul Allen and friends. Good stuff. I've tried this out at a couple of bars and it's always a big hit just so long as you are playing with the right type of people. Annoying people just give up and demand to know how it's done.

A friend introduced this to me; but I wasn't really paying attention at first.
Took me about 8 rolls once I started actually thinking about it.

My daughter introduced me to this recently and said that the challenge was to solve the puzzle in as few rolls as possible... So I was honor-bound to accept the challenge.

Solved it in 5 rolls.

This was very amusing. I tried to no avail until it hit me like a ton of bricks. Duh! is how I summed up my reaction to the solution. big grin
