Visiting different websites has helped me solve it because different people displayed the problem in slightly different ways.

Filled a page with combinations. Then left it alone to think about possible implications of the title. Then... aha!

It took me about 6 rolls to figure it out, but I finally did. It is interesting how the person running the game can come up with the answer at a lightning speed, which was a bit of a hint to me.
