i hate this stupid game!! and my teacher is stupid too!! know what? he asked us to teach sub-Saharan African people about this game by not using any text!(the polar bear and ice hole version), i even doubt African knows what the polar bear is?! god knows why we r doing this shit things....

I failed about half-a-dozen times, at first. Then, my right brain beat up my left brain and my inner child was finally allowed to come out (he's not allowed to talk to strangers) and then voila'! I got it!
Just remember the name... Petals Around the Rose... (and maybe use The Force).

I did it, but I still don't understand why the name's PETALS AROUND A ROSE. It doesn't make much sense to me.

Great game... played it a few years back under the name Polar Bears around the ice hole (the canadian version eh?). Played it at the National Scouting Jamboree... Took me a while then but I got it. Great game and thanks for the page
