Petals Around the Rose: Fraternity Register

Haha, this was a good challenge, it took me 2 hours pretty much but i got another simple hint from my friend and after trying it for 2 hours i went to sleep but before I slept I thought about it and I found a hypothesis so the next morning (today) I tested it out and it was correct ^_^ Its actually very simple =.= but I was trying to make it harder haha. One thing I still don't understand though is how the name helps with the answer. To me, it doesn't mean anything >.< btw, I'm 16 ^_^

The game is pretty confusing. It took me 20 minutes to find out.

I think it took me around two to three minutes. That's actually pretty neat! Nice problem. I feel creative now...

This riddle is frustrating. I'm 15, and I take full International Baccaleaureate classes. I attended Gifted & Talented classes when I was a child. It took me over two hours to figure this out. The answer frustrates me, as I came very close to the real method of divining the number of "petals" numerous times.
