On the first roll, my first thought turned out to be the correct answer. The only time I missed the correct answer was when I hadn't counted correctly.

Took me quite some time to get it figured out properly spent quite some thinking hours on it ;)
After having found it out, I then decided to use it in our Dungeons and Dragons game under the name of "Eyestalks on the Beholder"
