Petals Around the Rose: Fraternity Register

First saw this somewhere else online, thankfully it didn't give the answer away. Then, my SEEK ( i.e. advanced class ) starts on it as a project. I'm the only fraternity member in here, and it's hard to resist telling when so many bribes are offered. I kept mute though.
