Petals Around the Rose: Fraternity Register

My friend told me of this puzzle, right after making me feel like an idiot with another puzzle, that I realised I failed to solve though I thought I solved it.

I told him, I was now not very confident but would attempt it anyway and to my surprise, I got it quite soon - not even five minutes (-: but I love the puzzle and shall keep passing it on to others (*without the solution of course*)
