The Nursery Steps (aka The Nursery) dive site is located inside the western and northern side of Bowen Island, Jervis Bay, NSW. This site offers endless marine life and rocky outcrops to explore. Eastern Blue Devils, schooling fish, cuttlefish and endangered Grey Nurse Sharks are often seen here, as well as resident seahorses. Because it's shallow, divers of all levels enjoy The Nursery! Depth: 6 to 35 + metres. This area is a continuous dive site .Its main feature is the boulders covered with marine life and the fish life. Great for night dives Best : southerly winds and swell.
