Was introduced to PATR from my father in the '60s, it was a regular diversion for people in the military/aerospace connector and wiring industry (especially alums of ITT Cannon Electric of Santa Ana, CA) ... by about 1972 it finally dawned on me ... I have tried to keep it alive from time to time over the years, by kids are still fighting it and I haven't broken the promise I made my dad 33 years ago, but they are smart enough, they will figure it out
