I got it on the first try, only because the examples in the Bill Gates story gave it away for me. Awesome brain teaser though, I still have friends who can't figure it out.

It took me an hour. During that hour, I drew 9 others into my web. After 2 of them solved it in 1 roll, I stepped up my game and from there it was a snap!
