I can see the "petals" and the "rose" now.
Thanks to the inventor of the game and to my friend who introduced the game to me. God bless!

It took me a whole day trying to figure it out. Using math equation should solve the problem, although it takes more rolls to get the answers.

It took me 2 and a half hours of staring and pointless solving to get the simple answer and by the end i felt slightly homicidle as i thought the person who gave it to me sent me on a wild goose chase but we both survived and i feel glad that i did it.

Got it. Very frustrating though. Took a long time. Had to come back to it a few times

Took me twenty minutes of trying it, then reading the Bill Gates story. Then remembered the actual name of the game. Dont know whether i should feel smart or dumb.

The secret dawned on me as I was sitting in my truck waiting at a railroad crossing. I don't know how that's related, but it was one of those "Well duh!" moments.
