yeh i still havent done this cus i am a bum who sleeps a lot and i love to suck di rose petals i made a new meataphore game same game different name lol its called pubes around the shaven haven cus we all know the more hairs the better mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm well piece out time to go sleep some more cus i am lazy and a bum and yeh sleep time open wide someone yeh for me plz

suck my petals whoever made this game needs to be slapped in the eye piece by my piece covered in rose spikes stunat to that i got it but ur gay hay hay hay hay gay homo gay with some petals for eyes yes i smoked some serious bud to chill my ass out after like 40 mins of pondering whilst my college mates shouted at me petals around a damn rose well damn u i am tramatised for life now u can go shove ur dice i made a new game its called leaves around a tree

Actually I've got the link quite long ago but I didn't have the time then so wasn't bothered to attempt after reading the one on Bill Gates, and then a couple of rolls. Today a colleague emailed the link to me and I'm so glad that he reminded me of this quest!! This time round I reread the article on Bill Gates, and then was determined to solve it this time round.

I came home from office with my mind running madly trying to think of mathematical ways and equations that may be related to the phrase "petals around the rose". Was thinking so hard even through my bathe!! Then after bathing I first read comments from http://www.po-mo.us/petals/comments.htm and gathered that it's nothing to do with mathematics and tried to relax my mind a bit for the big creative-mind-cum-common-sense-challenge like many mentioned in the comments. I had dinner trying to think of ways to look at the dice without thinking of maths, and then straight after dinner I was sitting here in front of my lappy again, and started rolling.

I rolled a couple of times and then went back to read the rest of the comments cos I thought I haven't had enough hints, and then when I went back to the puzzle later I solved it in a roll or two! I rolled and rolled, trying out many times to make sure that I'm right all the way. Yea I'm amazed. Great puzzle!

I do know many games like that you know? Games with numbers that started out making you count and totally lost, then later realised that you should be concentrating elsewhere and not by mere numbers. We play such games at campfire or during gatherings where we will make the newcomers utterly puzzled. =P Cool uh?

Great game! Will definitely recommend my friends.

I am about to get my PHD. I spent more than 2 hours on this stupid thing. I finally got it. But I am not going to tell anybody, hahahahahhhhhhhhhh

Alright, this took me WAY too long... spent what seems to be a week frusterated with this thing and too stubborn to admit defeat! But now, alas, I have figured it out!

It took me about an hour. I was trying too hard... Sheesh! I wish life's problems could be solved as easily! LOL

After 10 rolls, I read the bill gates article, thought thought about the name of the game for about 30 seconds, and voila!

It took a few minutes...just as I was ready to quit & look up a solution I got it!

It at first took me 2 hours trying with Excel. But after read some posts in the forum i got it in 5 more minutes XP

A bit of a teaser, not too difficult, once you think about it. I could see how it could drive someone insane, if they put too much thought into it.
