Petals Around the Rose: Fraternity Register

after 7 rolls I figured out the math and after 10 I made it simpler. The discovery of the rose made the puzzle much more enjoyable, but the math is what led me to the right location.

And I thought I would never be good at math!!

It took about 25 minutes for this law student. This is clearly a game better suited for the B.A. than the B.S. student. The better you know math and science, the worse you'll do!

Awsome puzzle. Took me about 25 minutes to figure it out. Reminds me of the "who is wearing my hat" game (not that anybody else would know that one).

took me about 20 seconds, got it right on two tries. the reason i got it wrong the first time was the dice coming up with two fours. i guess i realized how to correctly count them using a little deduction.

did it several more times simply to verify...

i'm an english teacher by trade and i guess i paid more attention to the name of the game as the puzzle, not the potential for mathmatical algorithms, which i wouldn't have understood anyway.

Yay! I feel smart

i liked the game i showed all my freinds and laughed as they couldnt get it. It took me just under 10 minutes i was proud. until i read that the smarter you are the longer it takes.

Yah I got it!

I finally got it....but I am wondering if there is more significance than what I see.
