I got it out in a short while, about two bursts of 10 minutes a few hours apart.
I have an IQ of over 140 so I don't think the information on your site about bright people having an impediment to achieving this is correct.
However I score very well in the spatial components of the IQ test so I guess I have an advantage.

Wow. A puzzle simple and yet elegant in its beauty. I stayed up late into the night working on this  It became much easier once I saw them side by side.
