Petals Around the Rose: Fraternity Register

I spent so much time on this puzzle using mathematics, trying to replace numbers with certain numbers, etc..
In the end, it was so simple. Hehe!

The name should be roses instead of rose. It took a long time to figure out but it is very cool thanks.

(grins) I get to be a cruel and heartless wretch now! Hah! Yeah... I tried thinking logically over the problem for a while... then when I was half asleep, it hit me to stop thinking that way. The game thinks illogically, like I normally do...

Er, yeah... but I solved it, and now I am satisfied. And amused. Muwhahaha. And I shall make all my friends suffer the same mental anguish that I did...

First i gave all sorts of logic.... But then a long thought brought it out....
