Man, it took me about a good 15 minute to figure it out, but after looking at it for a while, it all clicked. I did several more rolls to confirm my theory of how to correctly predict the next answer and checked it out.
A very fun puzzle indeed.

I just returned to this puzzle after an attempt two years ago. I remember going through about 6 wrong answers before giving up. Something clicked today and i went back and got it immediately. yee haw.

I was actaully quite shocked that i was able to get it after the 5th try, considering the creativity the problem requires. As a Physics major, i would have expected myself to try to make it more scientific and mathematical.
