Figured it out after reading the Bill Gates-story and looking in a book about roses in a garden in my hometown.

I just can't belive how easy it was to solve it. All you need to do is to think differently from the usual ways.

Deep breaths and clear the clutter. Now I don't feel so stupid!

I can't believe how easy that was. I was using some long mathematical formulas and such to figure it out. Then, I cleared my mind and just looked at it. It was -so- easy!

It's very easy to get sucked into trying all kinds of complicated formulas. It is true, the smarter you are, the harder the puzzle is. Only after putting the obvious out of your mind does the true meaning become clear.

This game would be much better with a different name.
I got it after 4 or 5 rolls, but only because I thought about the name.
Without that it would be signifcantly harder.

"Congratulations! We have another Potentate of the Rose."
Took me 1/2 hour of floundering. Well worth the effort tho.

I was pointed in this direction by cheech gang. Read through the Bill Gates story. Had breakfast. Looked at it for 5 minutes and figured it out. Now, back to lesson planning.

That was crazy. I spent a total of 40 minutes of looking at it over about 7 days and I stopped trying for a few days and then it just hit me today. Well worth it though.
