It was really pretty simple to solve, given that you're supposed to be able to fire off the answers so quickly - of course, I didn't understand the significance of the name for a while, but I knew the answers!

The main problem with this sort of puzzle we have as humans is we tend to approach things with linear thought. It does well for hunting and gathering, not so well for problem solving. Took me a minute (try sleeping on it) to get it. Thanks a bunch!

If I had read more closely, I would have figured it out much quicker than I did. Realizing the name of the game was important made all the difference.
