Hello, well today in my math class my teacher showed us this. one student got it automatically. while other kids searched for how too solve it i practiced, and practiced. so finally i solved it. it was amazing how it shocked me once i understood. this is amazing and i would enjoy too join the club!

At first, I tried to tackle the problem mathematically, then, after a couple of minutes, it just came to me, almost making me facepalm at my own blindness

I am a math teacher at Donna High School. I discovered Petals Around the Rose about 23 years ago. My students have enjoyed the challenge ever since.

Ah, that was satisfying. At first, I didn't quite understand it, so I went to surf the forums, knowing no one would straight out reveal the answer. After the third time reading "the name is important", I went to stare at the name for a minute. I switched gears from using my left hemisphere, into using my right one, and it all made sense to me. I'm proud to join the ranks.
