Finally got it. Damn, that's easy.

this game is fun to do. wenn you have the anwser it's even greater. I worked on it for half an hour. I have this site (and game) from a magazine called 'kijk' in holland.

Got it. I just wanted to see my name in print.

When I read about this game it reminded me of a similar game I used to play. The idea was to throw 5 dices and discover how many 'holes', 'seals' and 'polarbears' there are. A clue was to say that seals were always underneath the holes and polarbears were around the holes. Quite the same as this Petals around the rose game, so I solved it immediately.
