Got this almost immediately (second roll in the story) but I went in looking for the significance of the name...the name is a BIG tipoff!

I teach a puzzles elective for middle school students and I'll definitely be using this one smile

Very interesting puzzle: it took me about 50 rolls to crack it. I also think I know why the name is important, though I am not sure that part is correct.

Hi Lloyd,

Figured it out after about a dozen rolls but haven't figured out why the name is important.

A nice little distraction - given me a much needed break from being bogged down in work.

Nice site you've got here.

G'day Trevor,

Sorry, but if you don't know why the name is important, then you haven't figured it out.

I would just like everyone to know that America is the greatest. We won the olympics. Some Canadians think that they're pretty hot, but we can blow them up. They gravel at our dominance. We won the olympics. I bet not many Canadians got this puzzle. They were too busy learning how to survive in the wilderness for three months by eating the bark off of trees. Poor Canada. If only they would have quit worshiping GB when they had the chance. They could have had a good 'ole fashioned war, but they blew it. Any chance for national pride was shot. At least they're not as bad as France...except Quebec.

On a medals per capita basis, Australia won the Olympics by a HUGE margin.

This was a delightful visual riddle to explore. It had been a long, long while since I focused on solving a problem that didn't have dire financial or health consequences attached to it. How nice to play once again!

Wow, after a bunch of rolls, it was obvious what the solution was. Good puzzle though.
