"Man yawning loudly, open-mouthed, in court".

thought this was a bit harsh. when i have to listen to people talk for a long time, i yawn as well... not that im being in polite, just after a while i get tired |

Hi Denise!
I could not find the follow-up article on the net, but a radio report said that this was "an obnoxious and vocally loud, wide open, gaping yawn" for which the judge spanked the juror right in the wallet!!
Bottom line, common courtesy would be hand over mouth, no noise, and the yawn would not have even been noticed.
